Very kind, smiling and friendly personnel of the Hotel from reception to lounge café to Restaurant to cleaning staff. They advise you on best rates for Taxi and take sure that you enjoyed your journey up to leaving taxi.

A special thanks to Mr. Saud Al Mahdi, he was too supportive, besides area around the hotel is good, peaceful, plenty of parking, all facilities met the expectations. I went there with my car from Qatar to Dammam. The Saudi man with spects at the reception was so generous. I was doing check out for taking flight from Damman to jeddah for Umrah, guy immediately offered me to park my car at his hotel for free and told me about the parking fee outside, Even without any booking further to that date.

Location is quite good, with restaurants and mini markets nearby. Clean & cozy bed. Quite a clean bathroom with facilities. Housekeeping staff & reception are quite helpful and nice people.

All receptionists were very cooperative and friendly, Buffet was good for the price. I like the cleanness and service in general was excellent.

- Pakistani restaurants are on 5 to 10 mins drive. - Staff was good. - Nice hotel to stay.
